1000 grams Delimacaron Mix
200 grams Water
Whip the ingredients in a mixer on high speed for 5 minutes. Keep in mind you can also add color and flavor to the mix. Once the mix is ready, use a pastry bag with a regular tip to spread the macarons on a baking tray. (Make sure oven paper is on baking sheet). Reccomended size is about 10 grams per macaron. Once the macarons are spread onto the baking sheet, let them rest for 10-15 minutes until a slight crust is formed on top. Once the crust has formed, bake the product at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes. Once the product is ready, remove them from the oven and let them rest until they cool off.
